Bridge Foundation, along with Waste Management, recently announced the donation of $10,000 in scholarships to families in Luzerne County. Scholarships are made possible through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Program. The program creates a public-private partnership that encourages businesses to provide educational opportunities for Pennsylvania children. The check presentation took place Oct. 2 at St. Nicholas-St.Mary’s School.
