Our Lower Elementary students recently visited the local firehouse in Kingston to get some hands-on learning about fire safety.  “Children are our biggest, most important resource,” said Assistant Fire Chief Floyd Young according to local news Fox 56, on hand to cover the outing.  We at WVMS could not agree more and thank all of the firefighters who took the time to review “stop, drop and roll”, home exit drills, “get out – stay out”, and calling 911 with our first, second and third year students.
