The American Red Cross presented the Pillow Case Project safety program to students at the Wyoming Valley Montessori School in Kingston, PA.  The Pillow Case Project, sponsored by Disney, teaches students about personal and family preparedness and safety skills, local hazards and basic coping skills.  Volunteers Lynn Muchler-Stash and Marita Murphy led students through a “learn, practice, share” framework to engage them in disaster preparedness and survival skills.  At the end of the program students received a special pillowcase in which to build their personal emergency supply kit.
